Cancellation Policy
I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so you will be charged 20% of the service you booked to the card on file.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will result in your appointment being rescheduled and you will be charged 30% of the service you scheduled.
A “no show” for your appointment will result in a deposit of 30% being charged to the card on file.
If you would like to change or add to your services, please reach out before your appointment to make sure I have enought time available.
